MJTK Properties was founded in 2018 by Joshua and Lindsey Beasley.

We started investing in property when we purchased our own home in 2015. Having no physical property background but a huge passion for it, we continued the dream, creating a brand that’s not just a name, it’s built on our families ethics and we look to leave a legacy.

We are a family investment company who help solve problems for owners that are struggling with a house crisis – we guarantee to provide a solution!

Our objective is to provide excellent family homes for the community bringing disused buildings back into use selling them on for new owners to cherish or putting them into our buy-to-let portfolio.

We have built our knowledge and investing in ourselves, ensuring we understand the market, we add the correct value, we have the right power team in place, evaluated the figures and have the procedures in place to exit projects when we need to.
